The farm spans across 9 acres and features several amenities, including four-board fences, an 80×120 riding arena, a round ring for equine activities, and an impressive 5000 square foot, 5-stall horse barn. The farm derives its name from a distinctive biodesign swimming pool, complete with a natural rock fountain that mimics the appearance of a genuine “spring.” Additionally, since the swimming pool is designed to resemble a pond, it is complemented by a charming pool bar fashioned in the likeness of a barn, affectionately known as the “Tiki Barn.”
