Misty Wathen-Baker owns and operates The Bridges Program and Gentle Hooves Riding Academy. With over 16 years of experience working with violent crime victims, she has been a passionate speaker in Drug/Alcohol Prevention since 1992. As Program Director of Gentle Hooves Academy, she provides a unique horseback riding experience. At The Bridges Program, she offers Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning for personal and corporate development.
Misty has been Eagala certified since 2007, serves on the Eagala Board of Directors, and is pursuing Advanced Certification. Her dedication has earned her multiple awards, including the City of Owensboro, KY Work with Victims Award and the Robert M Strauss Award for Work with Drug/Alcohol Prevention.

Sky Epperson: Owner, Mustang Adoption Academy
Sky Epperson is the dedicated owner of the Mustang Adoption Academy, a nonprofit organization based at the Triple E Ranch in Haubstadt, Indiana. With a passion for mustangs and a deep understanding of trauma, Sky employs his “Brain-Based Horsemanship” techniques to foster better relationships between mustangs and the humans who adopt them. Through his work, he also supports veterans, recognizing the shared experiences of trauma between them and the mustangs he tames through his Mustang of Service program.
The mission of the Mustang Adoption Academy is clear: to ensure successful mustang adoptions and to enhance the bond between humans and horses for a more meaningful connection.
