Our new fully enclosed 66×100 sand-based arena is now available for educational use. It is perfect for:

Equine-Assisted Learning

Leadership & Team Development Retreats

FFA & 4-H Day Camps

Teach Horseback Riding Lessons (Must bring your own horses)

Groundwork Clinics & Training Workshops

Amenities (Some may require an additional fee):

Wi-Fi & TV for presentations

Fans for comfort

Tables & chairs available

Barrels, cones, poles, and other equipment

Trail course features: wooden bridge, rope & wooden gates

🌀 Labyrinth for walking (humans only)

Outdoor canopy (great for registration or snacks)

Porta-potty on site

Attached lot for horses (no stalls available, no overnight stays)

Please Note:

Our horses are available for non-riding activities only

Outside horses welcome with current negative Coggins

Lease and proof of insurance are required for all activities

No jumping or speed events—light groundwork and controlled riding only

Ample parking for small to medium-sized events

🔄🛠️ We are always improving with new features are added regularly

Costs (Subject to change based on event activity or added features):

• $250 for half-day (up to 4 hours) or $450 for full-day use (non-alcohol events). Maximum 5-6 horses and/or 30 humans.
• Tables/chairs/use of TV with Internet connection: $100
• Optional set-up, clean-up, take-down: $75.
• Individual: $20 per horse per day if no workshop/event is scheduled. An adult must accompany minors.
• Use of our horses for non-riding activities, by request for an additional charge
• Air-conditioned classroom space available upon request for an additional charge
