Availability

Available times to schedule can be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and some Sunday afternoons. Experiences are 1-3 hours. Please inquire using the form below.

Costs

Adults (18+): 25 per hour
Young Adults (16-17): $25 per hour
Minors 12-15: $10 per hour (must be accompanied by a paying adult).

The number of guests are limited to a total of five adults and/or young adults (16+). Adults may be accompanied by one or two minors (12-15). The total group size cannot exceed 8 at one time. An invoice will be sent to the contact's email address above once we settle on date/time(s). Adults and young adults over 16 are $25/hr. Minors are $10/hr when accompanied by a paying adult. 2 minors per adult, but group size cannot exceed 8. For larger groups contact Carey Springs Farm, LLC.

Previous experience with horses *

This will help us ensure you have the support that you need. No previous experience with horses required. (If registering a group, please specify information for everyone in the group or call us at 812-549-7536.)

Suggest a Time/Day *

We can generally accommodate experiences on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We can schedule occasional Sunday afternoons. If these days do not meet your schedule, suggest days and times. We are usually not available on Monday or Wednesday afternoons.

The Fine Print

This is not an equine assisted therapy facility, and we are not equipped or staffed to work with individuals with disabilities or therapy needs. Thus, there can be no health insurance reimbursement for our services. We assist our clients to learn valuable life lessons through working with horses on the ground.

Please do not bring smaller children or other guests with you. Due to liability concerns, no one is allowed in the barn or arena who has not signed a liability waiver and who is not wearing appropriate shoes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for a safety demonstration.

No refunds for no shows. If given at least one day notice, we can reschedule.
