My thoughts

“Start with Why” truly opened my eyes to the necessity of understanding your why. In starting a business, we often think in terms of what, how, and even when, but do we really consider why? When we offer a product, we talk about what it is and how it works, but do we answer the question of why they need it? Why it has value to them? This book challenged me to look deeper into the purpose behind my business and inspired me to articulate and communicate that purpose clearly. Sinek’s insights have been instrumental in shaping my approach to leadership and business strategy, reminding me that true inspiration and impact start with a clear and compelling why.
