The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® facilitation consists of a one-day or three-day option with seven modules, plus a Getting Started section.

For the one-day program, the modules vary in length from 10 to 90 minutes. For the three-day program, the modules vary in length from 1 hour to 3-1/2 hours.

Each module can be found in the Facilitation Materials folder on the USB drive and includes

The Five Behaviors Personal Development kit contains the personalized content within The Five Behaviors™ Personal Development profile is derived from the participant’s Everything DiSC® assessment. Everything DiSC is a personal development assessment that measures an individual’s tendencies and preferences. It is designed to support an individual’s understanding of their work-related behaviors, the behaviors of others, and how to apply this knowledge in work situations. The participant’s Everything DiSC style is not called out in the profile. Participants are not required to have a knowledge of DiSC® to complete this program.

Boxed Kits are physical kits that provide the facilitation kit materials on a USB-A drive. The Downloadable Kits are digital kits that provide the facilitation kit materials through a downloadable link.
2. Is the Downloadable Facilitation Kit content the same as the Boxed Facilitation Kit content?
   Yes, mostly. In products where the Boxed Facilitation Kit includes printed job aids, the Downloadable Facilitation Kit version provides the job aids in a digital format that can be printed by you or your client. For best quality printing of digital job aids, we recommend working with a printing company.
3. Is there a price difference between the Boxed and Downloadable Facilitation Kits?
   No. The cost of the Boxed and Downloadable Facilitation Kits are the same.
